It is an overall friendly motel, and it's kept clean and tidy! They were prompt an willing to change our room with an outside creature noise issue with NO issues! They also moved the recliner to that other room, which was going above and beyond . The fresh towel service was good and accommodating. The huge nature picture on the wall at the head of the bed brought a awesome sense of healing and peace of mind . Oh oh oh the iron board and iron provided was grand and their unlimited coffee was super!!!
Even though the hotel is outdated, the rooms were very clean. Linens clean. I was pleasantly surprised. It’s close to shopping. There is a farmers market and hamburger/ice cream stand across the street. Refrigerator in microwave in the room along with all of the normal amenities. I was not able to stream on TV because they only have cable. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Average water pressure. My only complaint is something that’s not the hotels fault. They do allow pets and there was a very energetic husky above my room. Our friendly husky calm down at about 11 PM so I was able to get sleep.
Our room was clean. The staff at the front desk were polite, professional, and very competent. The lights, heat, TV, etc. all worked properly. The bathroom door would not lock when closed. And the "breakfast" is coffee and juice and a granola bar. The price was right though...under $100. Although I wouldn't necessarily recommend this place to a friend, I certainly would not tell them to avoid it either. Its budget friendly and clean.
I have stayed here a couple of times I’ve never had any problems other then a maid wanting to tell lies otherwise I really enjoyed my stay
I have been staying here for 5 days a WK for a couple months now due to travel with work. I couldn't imagine staying anyplace else for this need. The hotel is too notch and the staff are even better. I enjoy every night I'm at the super 8 in Norwich NY

Awesome Staff. From housekeeping to front desk clerk. For the price on a weekend...I have never seen a better accomodations. Clean & comfortable. Also on my second day. Housekeeping asked if I need anything! Wow! I gave 5 stars. Just one suggestion. Room had no cell phone chargers on the outlets. Suber 8 Norwich New York, you rock!
We came in for my husband's funeral.We were checking in with easy.What went right to the room?Everything was fine.A handicap bar in that shower would have been nice.But basically everything was fine
